With this membership, you can list and sell up to 5 original artworks. At the same time, we take care of the initial setup, SEO optimization, professional curation, and digital promotion for both your art and our gallery.
Once you subscribe, we will contact you personally to open your account and guide you step by step—via phone or video call—so your artworks are presented in the best possible way.
As an artist, you always keep possession of your works. When a sale occurs on SpaceArtShop.com, you ship the artwork directly to the buyer, and we assist you throughout the shipping process.
For each sale, SpaceArtShop retains a 35% commission, plus applicable taxes and shipping costs, which are in addition to the membership fee.

OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP RULES
OFFICIAL SPACEART SHOP MEMBERSHIP RULES
(Applicable to all Space Art LLC member artists)
1. Truthfulness and Authorship of Works
The artist guarantees that all published works are their own original creations and do not infringe on the rights of third parties. The use of stolen, copied, or unauthorized images is strictly prohibited and may result in membership suspension.
2. Actual Inventory Availability
Published works must be physically available and in perfect condition. The artist may not list works that are sold, reserved, damaged, or nonexistent.
3. Mandatory Replacement of Sold Works
When a work is sold, the artist must:
1. notify or remove it from the platform immediately, and
2. Upload another work within a maximum of 72 hours.
4. Packaging and Shipping Responsibility
All packaging must be professional and appropriate. Any damage due to improper packaging will be the artist’s responsibility.
5. High-Quality Photographs
The artist must upload clear, sharp, and representative images of their works. Blurry, distorted, or manipulated images that are misleading will be rejected.
6. Professional Conduct
Respect, ethics, and professionalism are required in dealings with the Space Art team, other artists, and collectors.
7. Compliance with Deadlines
The artist must meet the deadlines indicated for shipments, work replacements, responses to requests, and information delivery.
8. Exclusive Use for Artistic Purposes
Membership may not be used to promote non-artistic services, unrelated products, or activities outside the purpose of the program.
9. Accuracy of Published Information
Details regarding technique, measurements, materials, and prices must be truthful and up-to-date. False or misleading information constitutes a serious offense.
10. Prohibition of Spam or Excessive Promotions
The artist must not use internal channels to send spam, abusive advertising, or unsolicited content to other members.
11. Respect for Space Art LLC’s Image
The artist agrees to represent the company accurately and not to use the SpaceArt brand for unauthorized activities.
12. Updating Personal Information
The artist is responsible for keeping their email address, phone number, and personal information up to date on the platform.
13. Timely Membership Payment
Access to the membership is contingent upon timely payment.
Late payments may result in temporary suspension.
14. Cancellation or Suspension for Non-Compliance
Space Art LLC may suspend or cancel the membership without refund if the artist violates rules, policies, or legal terms.
15. Responsible Use of the Community and Events
The artist must respect internal rules in webinars, HomeShows, educational activities, and meetings with collectors.
16. No Refunds
Monthly or annual membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, in accordance with official policies.
17. Limited License for Image Use
The artist authorizes Space Art to use images of their artwork solely for promotion, marketing, and display within the SpaceArt Shop service.
18. Prohibition of Conflicting Duplicate Listings
Listing artwork on SpaceArt that is also committed or reserved on another marketplace is not permitted if it compromises its immediate availability.
19. Respect for Third-Party Copyrights
It is prohibited to use texts, biographies, images, or graphic elements belonging to other artists or institutions without permission.
20. Active Participation in the Community
The artist is expected to maintain balanced participation: updating artwork, professional interaction, and fulfilling the basic activities of the program.
