Ana Nobrega is a Venezuelan visual artist recognized for exploring tactile perception and the relationship between matter, light, and emotion. A Fine Arts graduate, she developed a visual language in which printmaking, sculpture, and painting converge to offer a sensory experience. Her emblematic series Las Manos para Ver (“Hands to See”) integrates visually impaired viewers, establishing her as a pioneer of inclusive art in Venezuela. Projects like Dialogues Between Light and Matter reveal her fascination with the energy contained within materials. She has exhibited in museums across Venezuela, the US, Portugal, and Ecuador. Her work is part of prestigious collections, including the Francisco de Goya Print Museum (Madrid). Numerous national and international awards have distinguished her career.
