This subscription allows visual artists to participate in the 2025 Doral International Art Fair (DIAF) digital exhibition at the SpaceArt booth.

  • Event Dates: November 6-9, 2025
  • Event Venue: Doral Cultural Center – 8363 NW 53rd St, Doral, FL 33166
  • Digital Exhibition Period: November 14, 2025 – January 5, 2026 at Elite Wellness & Dental Clinic, 3105 NW 107th Ave, Suite 100, Doral, FL 33172

Once you submit the registration form with the three proposed works, SpaceArt will send you a payment link to confirm your participation (Current Page, make payment here). Approved works will be displayed on an Apple Pro Mac tablet during the event and will remain accessible in the digital exhibition until January 2026.

  • The artist declares that the submitted work is his or her sole property and the fruit of his or her creativity. Space Art is not responsible for third-party claims of authorship. Space Art reserves the right to withdraw any work if it deems it fraudulent.
  • If a work is sold through this digital exhibition, the artist will be responsible for shipping it to the buyer and covering all shipping costs. Space Art will retain a 35% commission on the sale price plus tax.
  • Space Art will inform artists that the price of the work does not include shipping costs. We encourage artists to provide an estimated shipping cost within the United States to avoid inconvenience to the buyer.
  • Space Art reserves the right to reject works that do not meet the event’s curatorial criteria. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable due to curatorial costs.

Requirements for the DIAF 2025 Digital Exhibition

Artwork Submission Requirements for the DIAF 2025 Digital Exhibition

  1. Image Format:

  • Artworks must be submitted in JPG or PNG only.
  • PDF, TIFF, GIF, Adobe Illustrator, or other formats are not accepted.

  1. Resolution and Color:

  • Maximum resolution: 300 dpi.
  • Color format: RGB.

  1. Photo Quality:

  • Images must be well photographed, with accurate colors, proper lighting, and sharp focus.
  • Blurry, dark, reflective, or poorly exposed images will not be accepted.

  1. File Name Information:
    Each file must include in its title:

    • Artwork title, Dimensions (in inches), Technique, Artist’s name

    Example: Beach Landscape-24x24in-Acrylic on Canvas-John Doe.jpg

  2. Process for Low-Quality Images:

  • The Space Art curatorial team will contact the artist if the submitted photo does not meet quality standards.
  • If the artist does not provide a better image or cannot be contacted, the artwork will not be accepted in the digital exhibition.
  • In this case, the registration fee is non-refundable as the artwork did not meet the curatorial and technical criteria.

  1. Additional Recommendations:

  • Ensure the artwork is centered and fully captured in the image.
  • Avoid shadows, reflections, or distracting backgrounds.
  • File size should be suitable for digital display, avoiding compression that reduces quality.
  • Minor edits for exposure or color correction are allowed, as long as the artwork’s fidelity is preserved.
